2019 Schedule:

Auditions:

  • NYC resident auditions - Wed, April 10 at 4pm. First-round callbacks from 7-9pm by invitation only
  • NJ resident auditions - Sat, April 13 at 10am
  • Callbacks for NJ and NYC - Sat, April 13, 12:30-5/6pm. By invitation only
  • Location:  First Baptist Church - 265 W 79th St (79th and B'way)

Conflicts:

You may have 1 conflict during the rehearsal process.  You will be asked to list out any conflicts when you audition.  Saturdays count as 2 conflicts (morning and afternoon). Listed conflicts are taken into account during the casting process and are the only conflicts allowed during the process without potential loss of role or stage time.  Emergencies are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Rehearsal Schedule:

There will be 1 Wednesday rehearsal in April (April 17). Rehearsals will then continue on ALL Wednesdays & Saturdays from Wed, May 1- Sat, June 22nd. Required rehearsal times may vary weekly based on your assigned role(s), but we require full cast availability on all Wednesdays and Saturdays in case you are needed.  

Wednesdays in NYC (UWS):

  • Dates: April 17, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5, 12,19
  • Time: 4pm - 7:30/8pm: Every Wednesday - Leads & Supporting Roles
  • Location:  First Baptist Church - 265 W 79th St (79th and Bway) 

Saturdays in NYC (UWS):

  • Dates: May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22
  • Time: 10am - 5pm: Every Saturday (including Memorial Day Weekend) - FULL CAST
  • Note: Mondays/Fridays may be used periodically as “catch up” rehearsals in NYC
  • Location:  First Baptist Church - 265 W 79th St (79th and Bway)

Parent Meetings:

  • Sat, May 4 at 10am - 1st Mandatory Parent Mtg in NYC
  • Sat, June 1 at 10am -  2nd Mandatory Parent Mtg in NYC 

Tech Week/ Performance Schedule:

  • Tech Week and Performance Location: Theatre at St. Jeans - 150 E 76th St. (btwn Lex & 3rd Ave)
  • Load into the theater: Mon, June 24
  • Tech week rehearsals: Tues & Wed, June 25 & 26 - time TBD
  • Performances: Thur - Sun (6 shows), June 27-June 30, 2019:  June 27 at 7 pm, June 28 at 7 pm, June 29 at 2pm & 7pm, June 30 at 2pm & 6:30pm
  • Please Note:  Adding a 7th show on Friday, June 28 at 2:30pm is being considered.
