HOW TO REGISTER

 

For Returning Users:

If you had a family account on our former site (cytnyc.org), your user account information has been transferred to our new site!

LOGIN HERE (or use login button), type in your former account email, hit "forgot password" and follow the emailed instructions to set a new one.  Your former password will not work for your own security.

NOTE:  Anyone who will be registered for classes (including adults) must have a user profile created.

To Register:

LOGIN HERE (or use login button) to sign into your family account and click the "Register for Classes" button.

  • Select the class you would like to register your student(s) for. Class list can also be accessed by clicking “Register Now” tab under classes.
  • Hit register button or scroll to bottom of page to select a student from your family and click CONTINUE.
  • To add additional students to the class (or a different class) hit ADD MORE ITEMS TO YOUR CART and repeat the steps above.
  • Note: You can access your cart via the main menu at any time. If you log out of your account your cart will clear.
  • When all registrations are added to your cart, click CHECKOUT.
  • Either login to Paypal or check out as guest. You will not be charged until you click to confirm purchase on the following page.
  • Review the Order Confirmation page and hit CONFIRM PURCHASE (only once!).
  • You will receive a receipt from orders@tbtnyc.org.
  • You may also view your receipt in your family account dashboard by clicking “Family Order History” under “Edit Family Info”.

Note: A sibling discount of $20 is available upon request as we try to make our programming affordable for larger families.  We appreciate it if you are willing and able to pay full price for all pariticipants.  Please email administrator@tbtnyc.org if you would like a code for a sibling discount.
