Julie Johnson
Julie Drexler Johnson (Teacher/ Music Director)
Julie received her Bachelors of Art in Music at Covenant College on Lookout Mountain, GA. She continued on from there to complete her Masters in Music Performance (Choral Conducting) at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is an accomplished and experienced music director, voice coach and co-founder of a youth summer theater arts camp in Chattanooga, TN. During the course of her studies, Julie also completed her Yoga Teacher Training Certification at Hot Yoga Plus Chattanooga. Musical Directing credits include: Beauty and the Beast Jr, Crazy For You, Fiddler on the Roof, Peter Pan, The Music Man, Cinderella, Into the Woods Jr, Honk Jr, Alice in Wonderland Jr, Shrek Jr, and Annie. Julie lives in Astoria with her husband. She is thrilled to be working with the TbT NYC Team and families again this year!
