At Truthbase Theatricals, our mission is to equip educators with practical, classroom-tested resources that help students grow in creativity, confidence, and Biblical character. Every purchase supports the continued development of new resources for teachers.
This Classroom License Agreement explains how your purchased materials may be used. It is designed to protect the work we create while giving you the freedom to confidently use these resources in your own classroom or ministry.
By purchasing or using any digital resource from Truthbase Theatricals, you agree to the terms of this Classroom License Agreement.
1. License Grant
Unless otherwise specified, each purchase includes a Single Teacher License.
A Single Teacher License grants one educator the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased resources while teaching classes, workshops, rehearsals, camps, homeschool groups, ministry programs, or other educational settings that they personally lead.
This license is granted to the purchaser only and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with another individual or organization.
2. Permitted Uses
Under a Single Teacher License, you may:
- Use the purchased materials with any classes or groups that you personally teach.
- Print or display materials as reasonably necessary while teaching your own students. Where a purchased resource includes student handouts or activity pages specifically intended for classroom use, you may reproduce those materials as reasonably necessary for your own students. Unless otherwise indicated within the resource, purchased materials are intended for educator use and are not designed for distribution to students.
- Use the resources in schools, churches, homeschool programs, community organizations, camps, workshops, and similar educational settings that you personally lead.
3. Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Truthbase Theatricals, you may not:
- Share purchased files with other teachers, staff members, volunteers, or organizations.
- Upload resources to shared drives, cloud storage services, learning management systems, digital libraries, document-sharing platforms (such as Scribd), file-sharing services, or any other location where they may be accessed by individuals beyond the scope of your license.
- Post, publish, or otherwise make downloadable resources publicly available on websites, social media platforms, online marketplaces, forums, or similar services.
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute any purchased materials.
- Modify or create derivative works for resale or distribution.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or branding.
- Download, record, reproduce, or redistribute streaming video content.
- Use any portion of the materials to train artificial intelligence models, build AI datasets, generate competing educational resources, or otherwise use the content for machine learning purposes without prior written permission.
4. Future License Options
Truthbase Theatricals may offer additional licensing options, including School Licenses and Organization Licenses, for institutions that wish to share resources among multiple educators. Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase, all products are sold under a Single Teacher License.
5. Copyright and Ownership
All materials, including lesson plans, facilitator guides, classroom activities, printable resources, videos, graphics, text, and other content, remain the intellectual property of Truthbase Theatricals and are protected by United States copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a resource grants a license to use the materials in accordance with this Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
6. License Violations
Unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, or misuse of our resources undermines our ability to continue creating affordable, high-quality materials for educators.
Truthbase Theatricals reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses, deny future access to products or services, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law in response to violations of this Agreement.
