COVID-19 UPDATE: Our spring production of The Little Mermaid is officially canceled for 2020.  We will likely produce the show next year in June 2021.  Stay tuned for details and check back for online class offerings this spring.  Stay safe and healthy!

Auditions: 

• Sat, April 18, 10:30am - 2pm. First-round callbacks held until 7pm, by invitation only.
  • NYC & NJ auditions are combined this year.
  • Makeup auditions will be held on Wed, April 22 at 4pm if you are out of town on Sat, April 18. 

• Wed, April 22, 5pm - 8pm - Final callbacks, by invitation only.

• Location:  First Baptist Church - 265 W 79th St (79th & Bway).

• Conflicts:  You may have 1 pre-approved conflict during the rehearsal process.

  You will be asked to list out any conflicts when you audition. Saturdays count as 2 conflicts (morning and afternoon). Listed conflicts are taken into account during the casting process and are the only conflicts allowed during the process without potential loss of role or stage time.  Emergencies are dealt with on a case by case basis.

Rehearsal Schedule Overview:

• Rehearsals will be held for 8 weeks, on ALL Wednesdays & Saturdays from Sat, April 25 - Sat, June 20 (including Memorial Day weekend).

• Sat, April 25, 10:30am-5:30pm - 1st Full Cast Rehearsal & Mandatory Parent Meeting (at 10:30am).

• Required rehearsal times will vary weekly based on your role(s).  Generally, the Full Cast will rehearse on Saturdays and smaller group scenes and musical numbers will rehearse on Wednesdays.  Please plan to be available for both days in case you are needed.  

• Location:  All rehearsals take place at First Baptist Church - 265 W 79th St unless otherwise notified.

Wednesdays in NYC (UWS):

• Dates: April 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10, and 17

• Time: 4pm - 7:30/8pm: Every Wednesday - Leads, dancers & smaller groups

Saturdays in NYC (UWS):

• Dates: April 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, June 6, 13, and 20

• Time: 10:30am - 5:30pm: Every Saturday (including Memorial Day Weekend) - FULL CAST

Parent Meetings:

• Sat, April 25 at 10:30am - 1st Mandatory Parent Mtg in NYC

• Sat, May 30 at 10:30am -  2nd Mandatory Parent Mtg in NYC

• Tech Week and Performance Location: Theatre at St. Jeans - 150 E 76th St. (btwn Lex & 3rd Ave)

• Load into the theater: Date TBD - Sat, June 20 OR Mon, June 22

• Tech week rehearsals: Mon-Wed, June 22-24 - time TBD
